it works fine other than the leak....don't know how to fix it...didnt try....its yours, just get it the hell outta my apartment!!

its a 2nd floor, one stairway no landing....then another 3-4 steps down to the street once your outside

leave your phone # in any emails....i'm away from my computer most of the day today and i'll try contacting those interested either this evening or tommorw
