Job overview
As a Web Analyst, reporting to the Website Optimization Manager, your role will be to optimize Ads campaigns and landing pages, analyze Web metrics to give actionable insights to the Product Manager. As a member of the Website Optimization team, you will essentially optimize everything the client sees and interacts with to ensure customers are attracted, converted and retained.
Responsibilities
• Validate Web metrics accuracy
• Analyze and optimize Ads
• Analyze and optimize landing pages
• Analyze visitors behaviors
• Define and Monitor KPIs (Key performance indicators)
• Provide actionable insights to Product Manager
• Prepare weekly reports on campaigns progress and ongoing optimizations
• Work with CRM to build customer profiles and segments
Requirements
• Bachelor in Marketing, Commerce, Statistics or Technology related
• At least 1 year of experience in Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture, Webtrends, Coremetrics or Unica)
• 2 years of experience in e-Commerce
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems
• Experience in A/B testing or Multivariate testing
• Experience in campaigns optimization
