Each flat has three bedrooms, some of them with an adjacent suite with a sofa or day-bed. Terrific location in the heart of the Plateau, near the mountain, transit, shops and restaurants. It works like a Bed and Breakfast but without the breakfast. You can make your own in a shared equipped kitchen. My smallest rooms go for $35 per night.
