Our renovated apartment offers a sunny, bright (two floor to ceiling large sliding windows) and secure atmosphere (entry code at the front door) for your visit to Paris. It is located on the sixth floor with a new elevator. The bedroom and living rooms look at the beautiful Parisian skyline and there is no one above you. And while the neighborhood is lively, our street is quiet so you sleep well at night.
Our apartment is located at the top of the Champ De Mars, the large park that runs perpendicular to the Eiffel Tower near Avenue De Suffren. It is a truly Parisian neighborhood full of shops, cafes, restaurants and people. It is a wonderful location, close to the Ecole Militaire, two excellent shopping streets (Rue Cler and Rue du Commerce) as well as easy transit via the metro from La Motte Piquet Grenelle only two blocks away (which has three separate metro lines) as well as busses and taxi stands.
The apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room, bathroom and kitchen, about 400 square feet in size with plenty of storage. When weather allows the balcony is perfect for outdoor dining. It has all the amenities we want when we stay at the flat.

The rental is $175 USD a night or $1225 a week. A minimum of 4 nights is required and a cleaning fee of $125 USD is charged on rentals of less than 1 week.
