We are in talks with quality auto dealerships in the greater Montreal area about taking over detailing at their dealerships. And so, we are seeking quality staff, both for management and also workers. For this management, position, the person would need to have superb detailing experience, a strong work ethic, good personal skills (communication), and preferably prior detailing management experience, preferably at an auto dealership.
We provide great support through supervisors, and will often advance the manager the funds to purchase supplies, equipment, etc, to be repaid over time. Past experience only cleaning only your own car(s) or those of friends, without PROFESSIONAL detailing experience, does NOT qualify you for a position in management.
For the worker position, we prefer an experienced detailer but we will consider training an inexperienced person. Tech high school in auto or auto body, or body work experience, is a plus if you have not worked as an auto detailer. "I detail my own car and my friends' cars" is NOT experience. Detailing in a workplace is experience.
The applicant must be legal to work in the U.S, must be free or recent or serious criminal record, and be able to be tested drug free by time of work beginning.

DESCRIPTION OF BREAK:
I wish I could upload pictures on this, so you could take a close look, but I will try to describe it to you. Pei Mei is a very long (About a foot and a half or so) Gandalf/Opium style, Wizard pipe. The broken description is as followed; The large bowl with quite a bit of stem/chamber still intact, the end stem/mouthpiece, and of course a tiny piece that connects the two larger pieces together. The break is about half way to 2/3rds down, almost at the end of the mouthpiece. (I have a bunch of pictures I just took of him so I could upload, but apparently you cant upload photos on a job posting. I can definitely send you photos upon request.)
HOW TO FIX:
Using my imagination, I can envision him being fixed by possibly dripping and wrapping some glass around the pipe to connect and seal the pieces back together. I am not looking for a perfect weld that would be invisible to the naked eye. In fact, I would be more impressed if you could properly seal and connect the two pieces back together, and would love it if you would even add some personal flare to the bandaging job.

Pei Mei was given to me as a birthday present by my girlfriend, and I know that she spent quite a bit on him; I know for a fact that Pei Mei has a value of over $120 dollars. I know that glass blowing is a difficult and time consuming art, but I would love to be able to fix him for a reasonable price, that in no way even will come close to how much he is worth. If it is too expensive to fix, then I will have to settle for sanding down the broken piece and turning Pei Mei into a slightly shorter version of his once mighty self.
Please, if you or anybody you know blows glass, or even better, MAKES pipes for a hobby or for a living, please, PLEASE contact me, or mention this add to somebody who can accomplish this task.
There has to be somebody out there that is truly spiritual and passionate enough about the marijuana culture to understand the severity of this situation, and want to help with this project. This pipe means a lot to me and I am desperate to fix him. Thank you so much.
I know its kind of rude to ask, considering I am begging for someone to help me...but if it would also be possible to upload some pictures of your portfolio or projects you have worked on in the past that would be related to this, I would appreciate it. The last thing I want to do is to have an amateur (who means well at heart, mind you) break, shatter, or melt my pipe shut during the process of repairing him.
