What is the Colon?
The colon is another name for the large intestine. The main function of the colon is the extraction of water from feces. It consists of the ascending colon, transverse colon, the descending colon, and the sigmoid colon. The colon from cecum to the mid-transverse colon is also known as the right colon. The remainder is known as the left colon. The entire Colon which averages over 5 feet in length and 2' 1/2" in diameter.
Colon hydrotherapy:
Colonic irrigation or Colon Hydrotherapy is a natural method for cleansing and hydrating the entire Colon.
