Yoga is brings us back to the basics: breathing. From the breath comes the movement - and from the movement you develop a more fit body.
I will come to your home and teach you, or a small group a complete yoga class which will leave all involved feeling more muscular yet relaxed. You do not need to be flexible, you do not need strong muscles, all that you need to know is how to breathe.
