My Gilfriend and I are looking to get away and thought that spending New Year's Weekend in beautiful Montreal would be just the ticket.
We would love to swap living spaces with someone living in Montreal, for the long weekend of New Year's (preferably wed or thurs-sun).
We have a good-sized one bedroom/ one bathroom apartment, large living room and huge kitchen area. Cable and Internet is provided as well. We also have a small backyard area.
We live in Williamsburg Brooklyn 3 stops by subway(10min from Union Square and the East Village) to Manhattan. Our neighborhood is super artsy and creative, filled with art galleries, music venues and endless bars/restaurants to indulge in (we can give you some really great recommendations!). There is also a great little flea market that happens on Bedford Ave!
So whether you want to see the ball drop in Times Square or just want a peaceful start to the new year by catching up on some reading in one of the many coffee shops around town, send us a message.

Destination, Dates & Who’s Who
I would have to be in Montreal February 13-21 2010; if possible I would like to arrive a few days earlier and/or stay a little longer and make this a 10-14 day-swap. Should you be interested in swapping for longer than that - up to a month - that can be discussed, too. From the 13th to the 21st an American friend of mine should be able to stay with me at your place.
My friend and I are mature, responsible home-owners and will take good care of your home during the swap. We love animals so taking care of them would not be a problem for us. We do not smoke and ask you to do the same while staying in my apartment.
