Je voudrais échanger mon logement : un super beau 4 1/2 , très propre, avec laveuse & sécheuse incluses. renové, situé au deuxième étage d'un duplex, sur une rue très tranquille du Plateau Mont-Royal. Je pourrais laisser la cuisinière et le vieux frigo entre-temps, afin d'éviter de les déménager en plein hiver!!!

Donc, je suis à la recherche d'un appartement plus petit, un 3 1/2 très propre, au dernier étage et avec toutes les commodités.
Date : À partir de janvier jusqu'au 30 juin 2010.

I would like to echange my apartement : beautiful 4 1/2 , very clean, with washer and dryer machines included, renoveded, located in the second floor of one duplex, in a very quiet steet of Plateau Mont-Royal. I can let the stove and the old refrigerator. I do not want to move them during the Winter!!!
So, I would like to get a small apartment 3 1/2, located in a highest floor, very clean with all conveniences.
