Me and my family (wife and a daughter) want to spend the summer 2010 in Montreal, would like to swap houses for at least 1-2 months. Our townhome is a three bedroom on two level. It is located in Hickory North Carolina. 1hr from Asheville and Biltmore House, 1 hr from beautiful blue ridge parkway in Carolina Mountains. Hickory and surroundings is home to well-known Furniture Market if you like to shop for expensive furniture. The summertime temperatures are usually in the 90's and 100's, hickory has a 18 mile lake with marinas where you can rent boats for sport/leisure. Our home has community pool, tennis courts and is adjacent to Golf Course. We are looking for a 2 bedroom condo/townhome in the heart of Montreal or a 1 bedroom with pull-out couch for our daughter. If swapping does not work with you, we are still willing to rent your place (at least 2 months, up to 1200/month for the right place).
