Cozy, quiet, fully equipped (wireless, flat screen, dvd & cd player, surround system, dishwasher etc.) studio apartment in 1190 Vienna. The queen-sized sofa bed is perfect for one person or a couple. The studio is centrally located, 7 tram stops/~ 8 min from downtown Vienna where all the famous museums, churches, theatres and coffee houses are situated. There are supermarkets and a few nice restaurants (which I am happy to tell you about) in the neighbourhood. The airport is about 30min by car and 40min by train. Destination, Dates & Who’s Who
I would have to be in Montreal February 13-21 2010; if possible I would like to arrive a few days earlier and/or stay a little longer and make this a 10-14 day-swap. Should you be interested in swapping for longer than that - up to a month - that can be discussed, too. From the 13th to the 21st an American friend of mine should be able to stay with me at your place.
My friend and I are mature, responsible home-owners and will take good care of your home during the swap. We love animals so taking care of them would not be a problem for us. We do not smoke and ask you to do the same while staying in my apartment.
