Montreal has a brand new artist-run affordable short-term guest house. I have just purchased and renovated a triplex, and have nine rooms to rent for artists and travellers interested in a cozy, quiet home environment. Sort of like a Bed and Breakfast, only without the breakfast. But you can buy yourself some groceries and make your own in the communal kitchen! Three floors, three rooms on each floor, and some of them big double rooms with an added sitting room. Smallest rooms are $35 per night. The bigger rooms go for $50, with a $10 charge per extra person. All rates based on a THREE-NIGHT MINIMUM. Price includes all taxes, clean sheets, towels and wifi. Great Plateau location – really close to the Mountain Park, shops and restaurants, public transit, night life, gyms and yoga studios. No smoking, No television. You will be entering my home, and sharing space, so please tell me a little bit about yourself and why you are in Montreal. Honour system in place. I ask for a small damage/key deposit.
