The room is available from today, 6th of November 2009, for $430/month and has the great view of Parc summit. The term of agreement is flexible.
Heating and hot water are included. Electricity and internet will be shared between us (around $25 each month for each person). Sauna and indoor swimming pool are available in the building. The neighbourhood had access to different shopping malls.
Washers and dryers are available on each floor. It also has janitorial service and security cameras. The famous bus routes 165, 166, 535, and 369 (night bus) bring you in 10 minutes to Concordia University or in 15 minutes to U de M. It is a very suitable apartment for all Concordia, McGill, and University de Montreal students. The area is mostly occupied by students.
The dining room, living room and kitchen are well-equipped, but the bedroom is not fully furnished. If you don’t have necessary stuff, don’t worry. If you don’t want to spend much on them, there are lots of garage sales in this region to find your needed stuffs and we will willingly help you find and transfer them.
We are two students, speaking English and French. Nice, very social and easygoing people. We are not obsessively clean but we would like to keep the apartment neat, and organized. We respect others privacy and peace and we expect you to have the same manner.
We would like a clean, sociable, and trustworthy student or young professional who will pay his/her half of the bills on time, keep shared cleaning responsibilities (we set up a cleaning schedule).
