So, I'm taking off for South America this winter and need someone to sublet my room while I'm gone.
The apartment;
Three bedroom apartment on the third floor of a charming old building on Saint Urbain, just south of Deluth. There are 2 balconies, a kitchen, living room, a study room, and a back room with a washer and dryer. The ceilings are 9 feet high and the windows are large. The bedroom comes furnished with a queen sized bed, desk and bookshelf. Internet and Hydro are not included in the rent (+$60/mo).
The location;
Just a 10 minute walk from Mcgill, on the western edge of the plateau. 2 blocks from Park Jean Mance, Park Mont Royale, and the bars, clubs, restaurants, and shops of Saint Laurent. simply put, the location couldn't be better.
The people;
You'll be living with 2 girls, both in their third year at Mcgill. They're both easygoing and interesting people. Interests include literature, education, music, travel, speaking french & spanish, singing, Mad Men, and plenty of other cool stuff. I'm sure you'll find plenty to talk about.
You;
Are young, responsible, friendly and.....
