Our apartment awaits you! We have a huge 5.5 that could be considered a 6.5. There are Two closed Bedrooms, fully equipped Kitchen (even has a dishwasher) Livingroom, Dinning room
and Office area. The Bathroom itself is huge! We leave our place fully furnished, though you should bring your own towels and linnens. Everything is included in the price: Heating,
hot water, electricity, phone and internet! We are on the ground floor of a triplex on a quiet one way street accross from a great park. There is free parking right on the street. Vendome
metro station is a 10 minute walk away, and if that's too far for you busses 90 & 104 stop right at the end of the street. We have rented out this place durring the winter for the past 3 years
and everyone has loved it! We are looking for non smokers who will respect our home. Sorry no dogs allowed. Available from late December or January until May 5 2010.
