I am certified Personal Trainer Specialist, Nutrition and Wellness Specialist with Can-Fit-Pro and am currently studying to do my Mind-Body Specialist ceritification with Can-Fit-Pro. I am also STOTT Pilates certified in Matwork as well as trained in Reformer and Cadilliac Barrels and Chair. I am trained in yoga. I am currently working with a wonderful Osteopath from France in Soma Training for Fitness Professionals. I am also working towards being a certified Life Coach. I always knowledge myself in the health field!!!
