What we’d all REALLY like to be doing instead of working is chilling on a yacht, in the Mediterranean, the sky a light and the ocean an azure blue, sipping margueritas, enjoying amazing company, listening to upbeat mood music, planning an evening on the coast, fine dining and perhaps hitting a casino after.
But reality hits us all, much like a sledgehammer hitting a pumpkin – it ain’t pretty.
So why not seek employment some place that’s actually fun to work at? Where the staff is bright, motivated, outgoing, intelligent and articulate? Where the management is not condescending, evil, manipulative and greedy?
Hmmm…ya think?!?!?
We’re a small outbound call center dealing with healthcare providers. Professional to the max, excellent product/service mix, 9 yrs in business, demonstrated track record of performance and success.
Why do we pay more than almost all other call centers? Because we want GOOD people…not mediocre, unhappy, unmotivated telesales reps who drift from center to center in search of an epiphany that will never come.
