Phocus Solutions is a leading outsourced customer contact center. From our locations in
Old Montreal we serve our well-established Canadian and US-based clientele through inbound, outbound, customer service and sales applications.
We are currently looking for English speaking, enthusiastic and articulate outbound professionals to join our team as Outbound Sales Agents.
Using proven sales techniques you will contact clients with the goal of selling them home security solutions.
Successful candidates will have:
· 6 to 12 months outbound calling experience.
· excellent communication skills in English.
· an availability to work full-time or part-time:
Full time: from Monday to Thursday, from 10AM to 6PM or 3PM to 10PM and Friday 9AM to 6PM,
Part-time: from Monday to Friday, from 5PM to 10PM and Saturday 10AM to 3PM.
Hourly salary is 11.50$, with an interesting productivity bonus.
Positions are permanent.
