We are hiring the best Sales Representatives as our first point of contact experts for outbound telecommunication clientele.
It is imperative that our customer's needs are understood, and that the appropriate service solutions are recommended and delivered in a very professional, accurate and timely manner.
In this position, you will:
•Sell our clients first class products and services
•Identify customer requirements; initiate and/or update systems to ensure successful order completion and service delivery
•Handle all outbound queries and offer the right solution in a timely, accurate manner
Required Skills & Abilities:
•Fully Bilingual (French and English)
•Self motivated, confident and enthusiastic
•Strong communication skills and courteous
•Enjoy interacting with clients
SCHEDULE:
Full time = Monday through Friday from 1pm to 9pm
Part time = 20 hours minimum and Saturday is mandatory from 10am to 5pm
LOCATION:
We are close to the metro Namur (walking distance). No additional bus to take.
