I am a young professional relocating to Montreal from the U.S. in about 6 weeks and looking to share a CLEAN, decent , furnished apartment close to downtown, with preferably ONLY one room mate. I will be staying in the city for sure from December through April/May while waiting to find out where I get accepted for my PhD. I much prefer a graduate student (particularly one in a PhD program) or a busy professional (late twenties through thirties). I would be willing to pay the first couple of rent payments up front and then do a month-to-month after that since I don't know the exact date when I will hear back from the other Universities I have applied to.

If this arrangement works for you and you are comfortable with a shorter term lease, please feel free to email me.
