Hi my name is patrick, i'm currently a student studying in web design at john abbott college who is planning to start his own business.

I'm looking for a place to call home preferably between linel-groulx and place-des arts(same distance on orange line as well). I have a cat name Tarzan, hes male fixed but not de-clawed. He is furniture friendly as long as he has his big comfy scratching tower lol. He has never lived with other cats but with small dogs yes so if you have a cat it would probably be best not to try. But if you have a calm cat friendly dog then he would be really happy.

I'm also gay so it is essential you are either gay or gay friendly. I'm a pretty social person so i like to hang out with friends so having friends over is a big plus for me. It would be fun to live with roommates around my ripe young age of 23 years old lol.

So for rent i'm looking for something between 300-400$ maximum a month (preferably with everything included - heating, elec etc...). The room doesn't have to be furnished but is always nice, i do have my own furniture so i can fill up the room. I'm looking for possibly the begginning of december.
