Our client is a full-service marketing and software provider delivering cutting-edge solutions for websites, games, and ecommerce. They are currently seeking an Production Operations Supervisor to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team that delivers 24×7 incident management for Linux and Windows servers delivering mission-critical services
• Manage applications to monitor service uptime and performance
• Provide regular team performance and incident reporting to management
• Liaise with product development teams to ensure production deployments are done properly and in a timely fashion
• Work with other IT leaders to develop and improve incident management processes and proactive systems operation practices
Requirements:
• 4-6 years working with Linux, preferably RHEL/CentOS, and MS Windows server operating systems
• 2-3 years experience managing monitoring software
• Experience supporting Apache/Tomcat/JBoss web application servers
• 1-2 years team leader experience
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent English communication skills
