Main duties :
Support clients through different communication channels (phone, email, chat)
Perform various technical tasks related to web hosting.
Help to configure and troubleshoot applications and management tools for servers.
Perform account migrations.
Assist with the preparation of documents..
Issue service requests for other groups.
Process requests awaiting service.
Competencies :
Very good ability for customer service.
Have strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
Being versatile and dynamic.
Able to work independently and be motivated.
Education and Experience :
DEC in Network Support or combination of education and equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year experience in customer technical support.
Good knowledge of applications connected to a web hosting environment.
Good knowledge of Windows / Linux software.
Knowledge of cPanel, Plesk, Helm and Ensim.
Knowledge of web services, Email, FTP, DNS.
Bilingualism required (French and English, written and spoken), Spanish a plus.
