Room available in a palatial 5 1/2 in Mile End to be shared beginning Jan 1st to May 1st (or later.... to be discussed)

This winter I am leaving Montreal for a warmer climate and need to leave my room and beloved roommate in good hands.
We live in a very spacious 5 1/2 in the Mile End at the corner of Parc and St. Viateur. There are two enormous bedrooms, a sewing room (where we also have a tv that gets a few channels), a large living room and bathroom (equipped with washer and dryer!). There is a balcony the looks onto a backyard.
The room available is fully furnished with a double bed, dresser, desk and shelves. Bring your own bedding.

You will be sharing our home with a lovely lady of 23 years who is on the verge of graduating from McGill. She has a penchant for baking, Nabokov, and a keen desire to take up knitting this wintry season. She works nights and likes to sleep in on weekends. She likes to entertain in the evenings, but late night parties are not possible as our landlord prefers that we don't blast music after 11pm.

You: a non-smoker who, on a scale of messy to tidy, is about an 8 (I do my dishes after I eat and don't mind passing a broom every now and again.) Preferably female, but if you're male and think you've got what it takes to be a superbly compatible roommate, drop us a line. Students, yo-pros, yuffies welcome! GLBTQ friendly :)

Rent: $500/month plus utilities ($50-60/month, this includes internet)
Washer/Dryer: yes
Public transport: Parc Bus 80, nearest metro Rosemont or Outremont
Gym: YMCA next door
Bank, grocer, SAQ and everything else you can think of is less than a 2-minute walk away.
