Apartment is located on 3610 Durocher at Prince-Arthur, heat is included, fast internet is cheap (split three ways), and electricity is nominal. 5 minutes from McGill campus, 4 grocery stores within 3 blocks, 1 block from McGill gym, etc. etc. Washer and dryers available in the building. Roommates are U2 students, very easy going guys. Rent is $700/ month (negotiable) for remainder of lease (5 months, starting in January.) You'll be surprised at how much space there is! Kitchen is fairly well stocked with necessary amenities.

I'm going to have to insist that the person taking the room is a student, to be fair to my roommates.
