The apartment is a big 6 1/2 on a very good location on St Marc street between Lincon and Sherbrooke and very close Maisonneuve and St. Catherine. Very close to metro station (Guy Concordia), Concordia University, Downtown, McGill, restaurants, bars and groceries.
Kitchen is furnished (stove, microwave, fridge, toast). Laundry is in the basement.
