We have two fully furnished rooms to rent in a large 8 1/2 1st floor appartment. One room is available immediately and the other for December 1st. Both rooms are fully furnished with bed, dresser, tv. dvd player, internet, all utilities are also included. You also have acces to the common areas such as living room, dining room, kitchen and washer/dryer. We prefer someone who likes animals since we have one cat and two small dogs and also someone who can tolerate a smoker in the house since my mom is a smoker. Someone who is gay or at least gay friendly would be preferable as well. We are just around the corner form Beaudry metro station, 2 minutes walk. We are also close to two very large grocery stores as well as pharmacies, restaurants, bars and a few small boutiques.
