We're looking for a female student or young professional to rent a room in a 5 1/2 on Rue de Bullion (cross street Duluth). It will be available January 1st - and the lease goes until July 31st with option to renew!
The apartment has a lot of character, there are 3 bedrooms and it is fully furnished. The rent is $425 a month based on two occupants - so the third closed bedroom could be used as an office or something. Hydro and internet is about $35 extra per month. As there will be two of us remaining for January rent will be $285 that month, in Febuary rent at $425 will begin. We are all female final year students at McGill so we're hoping to find someone who would fit in with that dynamic!
The room avalable is a good size with a high ceiling, big window and big closet. And it could come with a double bed, desk and chair if you'd like!
