Très grande et jolie chambre situé dans une grande maison occupée par quatres co-locataire sérieux et à leur affaires. Ils sont sérieux et calme. Ils font beaucoup d'heures à l'extérieur et ne sont pas souvent ici. La cohabitation est très facile. Ambiance très calme. Idéal pour une personne tranquille qui ne fait pas de bruit.
Grandes fenêtres, très ensoleillé. La chambre est toute meublée. En plus des meubles courant il y a un bureau pour travailler, une télévision ainsi q'un réfrigérateur personnel, etc...
Accès facile à l'Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), Université Sherbrooke, Université Concordia, Université McGill et cegep du vieux montréal.
Près de tout les services. Situé à 2 minutes de la station de métro et 8 minutes du Centre-Ville (deuxième station à partir de la station du centre-ville Berri-UQAM). Arrêts de bus tout près. Pistes cyclables qui mène directement à la base de plein air, à la marina et autres...
Cuisine complète avec électro-ménager neufs. Grande salle à manger, grande salle de bain, terrain paysagé et fleuri.

There's four other rooms rented. The roommates are serious, easygoing and quiet. No party here.
