4 bedroom house is looking for a subleter from nov 15th (we are flexible) to Febuary 1st. Rent for november would only be 150!!! 3 guys living here, 2 of us are cooks. Pretty quiet and clean house although at times we do like to have more then a few beers. Must be okay with cats as we have 2 and not offended by 420 in the house. No cigarettes indoors allowed. The apartment is the bottom level of 3 in an amazing location. Depanneur across the road, pizza 2 minutes away and mont-royal park is a stones throw from our front door (hockey rinks, cross country ski trails and lots of toboganing.
