I've got a good sized FURNISHED room available for December. The location is great! The apartment faces Laurier Park and is a five minute or less walk to: grocery store, pharmacy, metro station (orange line), video store, cafés, pasty shops
The apartment would only be shared with me and not 4 or 6 or 8 other roommates. I recently started my own small business and I am working from home but I do go out often.
I am looking for a respectful and clean roommate. The rent is all included (heat, electricity and wireless internet). There is no laundry in the building but I do have a mini washer that can be hooked up to the kitchen sink and there is also a laundromat across the park only 3 minutes away.
