the room is the biggest one in the apartment, it has high ceillings, hard wood floors and a nice big window.
There are two guy room-mates within the apartment, they're both students they're easy going socialble and really nice

-the 2 guy room-mates will take care of paying the utilities, it's included in the price
-the unit is available Dec. 1st 09
-the room is to be sublet so no signing will be needed
-I want someone serious about taking the room for a year and hopefully someone who can meet the room-mates and visit the apartment before hand
-The area is really safe i bartend and walk home at all hours of the night alone, no worries.
-There's a park a block from the place
-A grocery store at the foot of the building, so right downstairs from the apartment.
-All the major stores are on sherbrooke
-Payment is preferred in cash but checks are good too
