Hello there. I am posting about a room opening up in my home on December 1st, in a 5 1/2 in the heart of the Plateau, as my roomate is moving back to Berlin. The apartment is on the first floor, and there is large music studio in the basement, where you can play anything but live percussion or drums. (though I have an electronic kit) The basement has a lot of open space, so it can also be used by an artist who needs space to spread things out - though the ceiling down there is only about 6'5". There is a small yard in the back, and a park next door. The space has washer/dryer, and all the normal amenities, except of a TV or microwave, by choice. You can have a TV in your room if you desire, but there is a projector for watching movies in the living room.

There are bills for internet, and hydro.

The house is cozy and comfy, and I enjoy cooking often. The kitchen is well lit and set up well for creating tasty things. I enjoy having people over for dinner, or bad movie nights, but it is not a "party house" by any means.
Looking for a roommate that is social, artistic, and motivated. There is plenty of space in the basement for more gear or a place to practice... even have a small vocal booth fashioned out of a closet.

More about me. I am a 34 year old sound designer who DJs and produces electronic music. I cook mainly vegetarian but eat everything. I believe in quality over quantity in life. I work for one of the game studios in town, so on a basic 9-5 schedule, but I travel as much as I can. I also have a car and go snowboarding often in the winter. If you are a fan of Bromont(as I have a season pass there) this may be an added bonus.

Looking for a roommate who enjoys life, and wants to be in a creative positive space. I will try to take better pics, as these do not do the home justice, bad angles and a cheap camera don't help either.
