You have 4 super large closets and newly renovated floor...with clean, newly painted wall and three large windows that brings in a lot of sunshine during the day. you have your own private access to the back courtyard. Room is in the back of the apartment so it is very quiet at night, while despite being in the heart of downtown!

In the apartment, you have a walk-in kitchen and a furnished living room with a working fireplace. Ceiling fan and another wall with a mirror. Just renovated, so very nice decor everywhere. When I looked for apartments, I found no other apartment as pretty as this!! Washer and dryer in the building, all other appliances are here.

One other roommate- responsible, clean and respectful. A female student whose a lot of fun! I need to move because my work is too far from downtown.
