so basically i just found this sweet ass 4.5 apartment a few minutes from charlevoix metro, don't worry you won't get shot where we live.
super chill neighborhood, everything close by, atwater market etc, basically it's fucking prime location know what i'm sayin'
everything is included for $300 (maybe less depending how much heat we use) heat, electricity, hot water, us :D yadda yadda. .
the room is quite big, windows, like most rooms, i can't remember if there is a closet so i'll get back to you on that.
HUGE kitchen, which is really important cause i love cooking up a storm.
HUGE backyard that is fenced in and only for our building, comes in handy if you like building igloo's or like having bar b q/dinner parties.
oh btw we're both students, 20yrs old, one of us goes to recording arts canada, the other goes to dawson (lame)
we're into music and playing our synth, watching shit tons of movies, staying up late, eating good food, pretending to be out of town, dumpster diving, thrift stores, collecting junk, acting mildly handicap, porn, candy, singing, arts and crafts, OCD cleaning and organizing, dinner parties, dancing in our underwear to horrible horrible 90's music, watching judge judy, AND SO ON.

basically we want a room mate who possibly does some of these activities, buttt if not we'll take you anyway cause we need the other half of the rent!
