5 1/2 appartment in the plateau and close to everything good in montreal!

We are directly across the road from Mt Royal and tam tams in summer, practically on St Laurent and all the great shopping and bars, there is a laundromat on the corner and a huge Provigo (supermarket) on the other corner. We have wifi set up, an area to stash your bike, and good heating!!

We are one guy from Mannitoba, Canada and one girl from Melbourne, Australia. We are into our music, hanging out and drinking with friends, we both work at restaurants and I am taking a french course. We're looking for someone else who is easy going and who wants to make some new friends not just a housemate :)

The room itself is on the smallish side but has a window and a closet space which trust me is a bonus in montreal! it will be unfurnished but available asap. Rent is $320 plus utilities so probably an extra $50, depends on heating etc.
