You would be living with 2 of us (that makes 3 total...plus 2 cats!). We are one 24 year old student at McGill
and one 34 year old self-employed photographer (who has one room as an office at the apartment).
The place has a washer/dryer and a large bathroom, a large living room, 2 balconies, is on the 3rd floor
with hardwood floors. Its on St-Denis, but relatively quiet. The available room is located at the very back end
of the apartment.
The rent is $350 plus utlities (phone/heating/wireless internet are all split 3 ways).
Phone/internet is $23/month and heating hydro comes to about $15/m in the summer, $30/m in spring/fall and
$80/m in the cold winter.
Seeking only WOMEN, non-smokers, as we are 2 women here currently.
FOR November 15th, but flexible - could be for December 1st.
The apartment is generally quiet and peaceful and looking for someone like-minded, who likes to clean too!!
