We are presently seeking: Customer Service Specialist
YOUR MISSION
Reporting to the Sales Coordinator, your mission will be to take orders while suggesting the sale of new products, entering orders into the computer system and informing customers, based on their needs, by providing the necessary technical information on products.
More specifically:
ľ Maximize sales by developing client relationships and providing outstanding customer service at all times;
ľ Communicate with customers and inform them on specials, on shipping and any other information pertaining to the smooth running of orders;
ľ Respond promptly to inquiries from existing and potential customers;
ľ Maintain sales targets and ensure continued loyalty of existing and new customers;
ľ Data Entry of all information regarding sales activities and surveys;
ľ Communicate clearly on the phone and able to establish good relationships with new contacts;
ľ Solicitation (cold calls) and/or follow up with potential clients encountered during trade fairs;
ľ Conduct regular follow up with clients;
ľ Represent the company at trade show events or seminars in the industry
YOUR PROFILE
ľ Postsecondary education in administration or any other relevant education;
ľ 2 to 4 years of experience in sales and / or customer service
YOUR COMPETENCIES
ľ Proven ability to provide efficient service in an environment focused on customers;
ľ Ability to meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks in an environment where attention to detail and quality and deadlines are important;
ľ Proven ability to solve problems;
ľ Excellentľ organizational skills
ƒæ Excellent communication skills ¡V verbal & written (includes active listening);
ľ Bilingual (French / English);
ľ Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office;
ľ Must be able to work well in a team environment
