DavidsTea is a local company with about a year of operation under our belt. The recent launch of our 8 Canadian stores was an astounding success, and we are planning an even bigger expansion in 2010.
This is an exciting opportunity, and given our expansion in the last year, there is excellent growth potential for the right candidate. Our company is where it is because of our wonderful staff. We are now looking for someone whom after having successfully managed a store would move into a District Manager role and oversee the operations of a number of retail stores.
You will need
* a successful track record in retail managment and are now looking to take your career to the next level.
* comfortable working in a sometimes stressful, fast-paced and ever-evolving enviroment.
* strong organizational & project managment skills
* sales focused, experienced in exceeding sales targets
* keen attention to detail
* able to manage and train staff
Bilingualism is absolutely necessary.
