Primary responsibilities:

• Ability to recruit, manage, retain and train sales staff and future management candidates
• Responsible for implementing all aspects of store merchandising & visuals to the expected international standards
• Responsible for constantly looking for new areas of promotion and marketing within the local store area and working with the Sales Manager to implement news ways of recruiting new clients


The profile of the ideal L’Occitane Assistant Manager:

• 2+ years retail management assistance in a high end retail environment
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Basic math skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as all email functions
