Teenflo is a high-end womens apparel brand that is designed and manufactured in Canada. We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager or Keyholder for our Rockland location.
Key responsibilities
Meeting and exceeding personal sales goals
Ensuring store sales goals are met
Ensuring impeccable visual merchandising
Ensuring the cleanliness of the store
Training and development of the sales team
Developing and maintaining a clientele
Requirements
Experience as a Keyholder or Assistant Manager
Strong Leadership skills
Excellent taste and a flare for fashion
Great Attitude
Excellent communication skills
The ability to delegate work
Bilingual (French/English)
