Our client , one of the highly recognised high-profile executives in Montreal, is looking for a senior, experienced, and professional career Executive Assistant with 5-10 years of experience. Some responsibilities will include:
• Provide direct administrative support
• Organize and coordinate all company conferences and events
• Assist in the preparation and formatting of proposals, letters, presentations
• Create and format a wide range of documents
• Attend meetings and take minutes as required
• Process expense claims, reconcile bank statements
• Extensive travel arrangements
• Diarize calendars and organize all meetings
Managing projects and initiatives, demonstrated excellent writing and editing skills in French/English, understanding strategic planning/thinking, combined with polished demeanour and exceptional flexibility are mandatory. Related experience in a senior administration position is required, as is a strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
