Administrative Assistant
Position immediately available in Montreal, Quebec. Assist CEO and staff at Web software startup. Greet visitors, answer phones, respond to and route email, paper correspondence. Purchase and manage office equipment. Schedule company meetings and manage executive calendar. Light bookkeeping, bill paying, filing, travel and event planning. Fill in where needed to make the company a success.
Requirements
* One year of administrative experience
* Fluency in English and French
* Familiarity with email, IM, and Web applications
* Excellent organizational skills
* Professional appearance and attitude
* High school completion
* Able to work from Montreal, QC office
Pluses
* Experience with computer software companies, esp. Web software
* Familiarity with on-line calendar software
* Bookkeeping experience
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field
