Luxury car dealership looking for a motivated, smart and classy individual to fill the following position:
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Full Time: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Answer the phone and redirect calls
• Greet visitors in a professional manner and with courtesy
• Sort the mail and ensure a follow-up and prepare letters and packages
• Offer administrative assistance to all departments
• Make sure that the reception area is always immaculate
• Carry out other administrative tasks according to expertise
Qualifications:
• 1 year experience as a receptionist or office clerk in a professional environment
• Excellent oral, written and editing skills in French (mandatory) and English
• Efficient (50 words a minute)
• Professional, pleasant and friendly disposition
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to learn new software
• Ability to work using Internet for various online searches
• Versatile and strong organizational skills
