Receptionist; Fashion Industry
Our Client has been a leader in womens retail fashion for over eighty years. They are currently seeking a bilingual receptionist for the Montreal office!
Primary Responsibilities;
Handle all incoming calls answering and distributing calls
Note staff presence / absence
Welcome and greet visitors
Deal with supplier visits and sample drop off / pick-up
Internal and external mail
Internal gift certificates
Data entry into excel
Production of other various reports with use of Excel such as Club sale report, Monthly club sale report, Monthly gift certificate report, Monthly gift certificate incentive program, Monthly UPT report, Monthly club sales by employee
Communicate with DSMs and stores
Support Store Operations group as well as other departments for other administrative tasks
Requirements;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual
Strong knowledge of Excel (sorting, formulas etc.) and Word
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Multi tasking
Must be able to work in a team environment
Similar retail experience would be an asset
Customer service oriented
