-ground floor for easy load-in and load-out

Rates: -available weekdays and nights, weekend days, Sunday nights.
-$250/month, for one 3hr block per week, total=12hours. (works out to ~20/hr)
-$300/month, for one 4hr block per week, total=16hours. (works out to ~18/hr)
-$500/month, for two 4hr blocks per week, total=32hours. (works out to ~15/hr)
