if you have been looking for a cool spot to write, rehearse, record, draw, paint or create whatever it is that you create, the Terzo Piano might be the spot for you. ee have two rooms that are available as of November and which come with windows, alarm systems, internet access and a decent amount of soundproofing. the place is available 24/7 and has a great vibe. (we are very selective about our tenants, so only serious artists please.)
