Having been out of the 'dating/flirting/cruising' scene for a long time....can someone suggest/advise where a single 'mature' woman can meet smart, interesting, attractive members of the opposite sex? I have tried the majority of the most popular 'meet' sites (including CL) and have found the SAME people frequent most of them. Posting a number close to my age attracts the 'senior citizen'....and even though I fall close to the age category, I am FAR from it, in many ways. I have come to the conclusion, the only way to meet REAL people, is to get out there....creative ADVICE anyone? I have eclectic taste in music, enjoy a good 5a7, am open to joining clubs (if absolutely necessary), have no fear of sitting at the bar by myself, as long as it is safe. I am NOT a 'Thursday's/Weinstein's' type (been there, done that).
