RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop interactive prototypes used to test gameplay mechanics and menu flows.
Contribute to elaborate gameplay mechanics.
Work closely with lead designer to systemize and develop game prototypes and resulting balancing and tweaks.
Produce basic 2D Flash animations.
REQUIREMENTS
Attributes
Organized and able to work within a group.
Quick, adaptive and innovation-driven.
Independent and self-directed.
Possesses a strong interest in video games, particularly portable games.
Knowledge
Excellent Adobe Flash ActionScript 3.0 programming skills.
Familiarity with Flash essentials like the scene, timeline, animations, symbols, etc.
Familiarity with production tools and multimedia software.
Strong communicating skills (in French and English).
Work Experience & Education
University degree, or equivalent.
DESIRABLES
Knowledge and skills in object oriented programming.
Two (2) years experience in interactive product design.
Video game industry experience.
