Hello,

I'm selling my 2009 Harley-Davidson Night Rod Special. It was bought new this spring and has 12,000 km on it and to be honest just got broken in now. It has all service records and is in excellent condition. This is a Canadian model and not some salvaged crap brought over from the US and sold here for an inflated price. The bike has been babied, washed/waxed, and run on full synthetic oil. Bike has ABS ($1000 add on) and security. Bike is still under warranty and extended warranty can be purchused.

The bike is a blast to ride and is unlike any classic air-cooled Harley. The engine is a beast and was designed by Porsche. Sadly I'm forced to sell due to cutbacks at work and the need to pay off the house.

The bike has 5 essential add on's:

1. Exhaust ($500)
2. Screamin' Eagle Air Filter($70)
3. EFI tuner with auto tune($1000)
4. A set of throwover saddle bags, including magnetic tank bag with map holder, and rear tail bag that works with the saddle bags in a system. Paid $ 500 bucks for the bags mid summer and used them 2-3 times.
5. Heavy duty motorcycle cover ($ 120)

Bike runs amazing, but if sound/performance are not desired, I have all the original stock parts also that can be put back on.

Winter storage can be provided till spring, and it will probably be stored in a few weeks.

Save a few thousand from the price of buying an 2010.

I still have the tags that go with it and they show the price i paid as well as the pice before it was reduced. It was $879.95 reduced to $499.95, i am letting it go for $230! This is a bargain for a jacket of this quality. The leather is thick and there is reflective material as seen on the pics. There are built in elbow pads and removable shoulder pads/armor. The hardware is heavy duty and there is a zip at the lower back to attach pants. The colors are very smart and will match with most bikes.

I hardly wore it because i seldom rode, and on top of it i wore another jacket mostly as this was a little big for me. I am 5'9" 170lbs and i found it a little loose but feel free to come and try it- you're welcome to. if it fits you'll love the jacket.

HAs pockets everywhere and reflective patches. The lining can be removed for cooler riding. I still have the tags for this- i hardly ever wore it (maybe twice) and it is practically brand new.

It was slightly big for me that's why i just kept it in the closet. It is a LARGE- if you are over 180 lbs and over 5'9" then it could be good for you. pics are with and w/out flash. the bright line on the back is a reflection from the flash. I also have the pants in a size Medium.

They offer great warmth and protection with zippers down both sides. The Size iS MEDIUM and if you are around 5'8"-5'11" 160-175lbs they should fit you fine. I no longer have the room for my Paris-Dakar on top of my other bikes, so the PD is going to be sold. $5500.00 firm. Not a trailer queen; this bike's been ridden but is in great shape and comes with extras (Corbin dual and solo seats, Al Jesse saddlebags and more).

The bike is ready to ride and is plated; I'd prefer to sell it to someone who'll take it before the snow falls here (thereby simplifying my storage over the winter), but I'm ready to hang onto it till the Spring, when I have no doubt it'll sell - so, no use trying to low-ball me; serious offers only.

All electrical is working fine, brakes are fine, tires fine, gas-lines fine, plugs fine. 4-inline carbs need to be cleaned and needs new air filter (4 bucks).

Comes with original starter, and brand new starer. Seat will need to be recovered, and plug wires may need to be replaced., otherwise the bike is in good condition. You'll need a battery.

I need the space in my shed so my loss is your gain. First 500 bucks takes it home.
